About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising shifts in our Cast Iron Restaurant, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise shifts in Cast Iron Restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items, including menus, ingredients, and preparation methods
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, as well as company policies and procedures
  • Inspect storage areas for cleanliness, organization, and FIFO compliance
  • Complete stock inventories and order stock as required
  • Support with training and developing the team, including coaching and mentoring
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with other hotel teams and be flexible to support in all areas of the hotel
  • Identify and develop opportunities to upsell and increase revenue within the department
  • Complete opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is ready for service and all cash and keys are secure
  • Monitor restaurant for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Requirements
  • Previous Food and Beverage supervisory experience in a hotel environment, ideally within a restaurant or bar
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early and late shifts, and weekends
