Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Delta Hotels by Marriott St Pierre Country Club. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our Cast Iron Restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and culinary experiences to our guests.
About the RoleAs a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and supervising shifts in the Cast Iron Restaurant to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensuring compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
- Inspecting storage areas for cleanliness, organization, and FIFO
- Completing stock inventories on a regular basis and ordering stock as required
- Supporting with training and developing the team
- Establishing and maintaining open, collaborative relationships with other hotel teams
- Identifying, developing, and introducing ways to upsell and increase revenue within the department
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Great conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
- Positive outlook and outgoing personality
- Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience in a hotel environment, ideally within a restaurant or bar
