As a European Sales Consultant, you will receive comprehensive support and training to facilitate your professional development. From the outset, our management team will provide you with the necessary resources to maximize your earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Conducting thorough research to identify and develop a list of potential clients.
  • Proactively reaching out to new businesses through cold calling to introduce our services and products.
  • Managing sales inquiries efficiently, providing competitive quotes promptly while maintaining clear communication.
  • Following up diligently on initial contacts, inquiries, and quotations.
  • Engaging with existing clients to nurture relationships and explore new sales opportunities.
  • Communicating confidently with contacts at all professional levels.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date CRM database to track all activities.
  • Working towards established KPIs and sales targets.
  • Promoting the company and its services through various channels.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proven experience and success in a sales role, with fluency in either French or German.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and manage a busy workload effectively.
  • Confidence in making cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with adaptability in client interactions.
  • A results-driven mindset with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service and solve client challenges.
  • Proficiency in IT, with prior experience using CRM systems being advantageous.
