Job Summary

Oscar Technology is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development Team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and schedule meetings with potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the Business Development Team.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs of our target market.
  • Network with existing customers to identify new business opportunities and promote additional products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive business growth and expansion.

Requirements
