Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join Oscar Technology as a Sales Development Representative, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new business leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management, contributing to the team's overall success.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our technology solutions and services, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Network with existing clients to build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote additional services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of sales interactions, client communications, and business development activities.
