About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective order processing and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class service to customers, ensuring a seamless transaction and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities to sell Finning parts.
- Process orders efficiently and manage them from start to finish, communicating directly with customers and keeping them informed at every step.
- Be an advocate for our E-commerce platform to increase online sales and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with tailored solutions and support.
