Sales Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our international sales efforts in the US and EU markets. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategy and achieving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the achievement of annual sales objectives while ensuring the fulfillment of organizational sales performance metrics.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales management frameworks, strategies, and financial plans to boost team effectiveness.
  • Direct and oversee the sales team, conducting regular strategy sessions and offering mentorship to meet sales targets.
  • Advocate for our product offerings, broaden market reach, and cultivate new client partnerships.
  • Build and sustain essential client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and increase market presence.
  • Evaluate sales performance data and generate reports to inform future business initiatives.
  • Deliver training to the sales team and promote ongoing professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations.
Qualifications
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher, complemented by a minimum of three years of experience in sales team leadership.
  • Demonstrated market insight and strong leadership capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation proficiency.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English.
  • Availability for full-time or part-time engagement.
