Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to participate in a wide range of activities.
  • Ensure good working practice, including understanding and awareness of health and safety.
  • Promote independence and develop skills, assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Work positively with other agencies, parents, carers, and services to ensure person-centred care.
  • Develop and contribute to the maintenance of records and support plans.
