We design and manufacture furniture that sets people free from their desks. Our goal is to create products that inspire and empower individuals to live and work better.
About the Role
We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team at our new London showroom. As a Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and smooth running of the showroom, reporting to the Area Manager. Your key focus will be to engage with visitors, ensuring all visits are enjoyable, informative, and inspirational.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients from across the world, delivering excellent customer service with a warm and welcoming nature, sharing the JDD story.
- Present products in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage and minimize showroom costs.
- Ensure the showroom adheres to company H&S guidelines and legislation.
- Collaborate with the design team at HQ to produce basic renders and simple 2D CAD work (training will be provided if required).
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc duties, varying depending on demand.
The Ideal Candidate
- Confident, caring, and warm individual.
- Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to a wide demographic of people.
- Lives within commuting distance of Farringdon station.
- Available to work Monday-Friday from the showroom.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Skilled at building working relationships.
- Proactive nature and interested in learning new skills.
- A strong interest in design.
