Showroom Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Showroom Manager to head up the day-to-day operations of our Clerkenwell Design Centre in London.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the showroom's appearance, organisation, cleanliness, and update displays to showcase our products effectively.
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, including architects, designers, project consultants, distributors, developers, builders, and end-consumers.
- Develop new business leads by visiting key architectural offices to specify our products in their projects.
- Organise and participate in local fairs and events to promote our brand.
- Schedule customer meetings, lead workshops, presentations, and staff trainings.
- Relevant experience in a retail or showroom environment, including managing day-to-day operations, handling inventory, and understanding sales processes.
- A degree in interior design, architecture, marketing, or public relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Flexible with a hands-on approach, comfortable using initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Bilingual in German, Spanish, or French would be advantageous.
