About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at STH Group, a leading provider of travel and hospitality programs for sports events. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration of our new e-commerce platform, developing and refining e-commerce business processes, and collaborating with our marketing department to execute digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Configuration
    • Lead the configuration of the e-commerce platform to ensure it is user-friendly, scalable, and seamlessly integrates with essential business systems.
    • Manage relationships with solution vendors and integrators, develop user stories, and manage backlog prioritization to meet project deadlines.
  • Ecommerce Business Processes
    • Develop and refine e-commerce business processes to align with organizational goals and industry standards.
    • Ensure efficient cross-departmental collaboration and continuous evaluation of e-commerce platform performance through data analysis and user feedback.
  • Digital Marketing Strategies
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute digital marketing strategies that increase platform traffic and sales.
    • Leverage advanced SEO and SEM techniques to drive customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Ecommerce Features and User Experience
    • Oversee the development of e-commerce features that enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Identify and target new market opportunities and customer segments to expand the e-commerce business.
  • Performance Analysis and Improvement
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.
    • Make informed decisions for continuous improvement and optimization of e-commerce operations.
About You

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager with a strong background in e-commerce, omnichannel sales, business process management, and digital marketing. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing e-commerce operations, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly to a variety of audiences.
