Job Type: Permanent Position
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 1:30pm finish

About the Company:
Our client stands out as one of the leading manufacturers in the Aerospace & Defence, Rail, and Oil & Gas sectors. With exciting developments underway, they are eager to welcome Cell Leaders to their production team for a new operational cell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong leadership to guide and support production teams.
- Establish weekly output targets to enhance operational performance and meet organizational goals.
- Lead and educate the team on lean manufacturing practices.
- Adhere to the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) principles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
Specific Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably within the Aerospace & Defence sector.
- Background in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing.
- Previous experience managing a team of 10 or more individuals.
