We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cell Operations Manager to join our team at AMETEK. As a key member of our production leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our cell employees, ensuring the successful execution of our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to cell employees to achieve production targets and objectives.
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Cell Leader and Planner to develop and implement effective scheduling and workflow processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging employees to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide training and development opportunities to cell employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and report on employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production data, including quality and safety metrics.
- Proven experience in a production leadership role, with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
