Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivating Retail Account Manager to guide, mentor, and enhance our team of Sales Associates in meeting all sales, customer service, and operational objectives. Ideal candidates will possess demonstrated leadership, coaching, and business management capabilities acquired in a high-energy retail setting.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management or assistant retail management, preferably in cosmetics. The capability to deliver inspiring, genuine, and personalized customer service. Previous experience in business strategy, including setting sales and customer service goals, sales analysis, and staff scheduling. Background in retail operations, including inventory and facility management and cash handling. A successful history of leading a team to meet sales and customer service objectives. Experience in planning and executing in-store events. Willingness to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to live and work in the country if invited for an interview.
