Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the head of property to provide strategic guidance, leadership, and oversight of the property portfolio.
- Spearhead the formulation of a property strategy that aligns with the overarching business objectives.
- Take charge of all property-related policies, strategies, and operational performance metrics.
- Create and implement a data-driven, long-term property strategy for both internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Development
- Define strategic goals and establish objectives while developing policies and practices related to the property portfolio.
- Produce, refine, and execute an investment strategy that encompasses acquisitions and redevelopment initiatives.
- Conduct option appraisals and develop business cases for potential development projects.
- Lead and cultivate a program of property opportunities that align with the organization's mission.
- Provide strategic planning and development insights while identifying the long-term needs of the property portfolio.
- Ensure robust systems are in place to manage, develop, monitor, evaluate, and review performance metrics.

Candidate Profile
If you possess a diverse background in property, building, or construction, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Ideally, you will hold a relevant professional qualification in property management or construction, or possess equivalent knowledge and experience.

Essential Experience
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a relevant property context.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and enhance outcomes from a high-value property portfolio.
- Experience in setting, executing, and monitoring a long-term strategy for a significant property portfolio within a large organization.
- Extensive experience in managing property data, records, and systems to identify opportunities.
- Strong program management skills with a track record of successful property transactions, developments, and strategic initiatives.
