Having experienced rapid growth in their initial years, our client has emerged as the premier provider of upscale student residences in the region.

In light of this expansion, we are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and diverse Real Estate Operations Manager.

Ideally, candidates will possess prior experience in property management, overseeing a portfolio of approximately 100 properties while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role will be supported by an in-house, multi-skilled maintenance manager responsible for executing necessary repairs, alongside a senior management team that will offer operational guidance. However, the daily management of properties and tenant relations will be your responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the maintenance department to ensure properties meet brand standards and address any urgent issues.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties, conducting quarterly maintenance inspections, addressing tenant and guarantor inquiries, and organizing planned preventative maintenance.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new properties from the development team.
  • When necessary, coordinate with external contractors, ensuring that contractor payments comply with company invoicing policies.
  • Proactively manage the summer transition of properties, including cleaning tenders.
  • Handle property and tenant administration, including council tax, utilities, and serving appropriate end-of-tenancy notices.
  • Perform general office administration tasks.
