About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Estates and Asset Management team. As a Director, you will be responsible for:
- Providing inspirational leadership and management to the team
- Developing and implementing property strategies that align with the company's goals
- Ensuring the effective management and resourcing of work
- Providing proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients
- Meet business growth targets and responsible for identifying new business opportunities
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline
- Significant relevant experience with at least 10 years post qualification
- Previous experience in managing a Team and/or management responsibilities
- Full UK Driving Licence
