About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Estates and Asset Management team. As a Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing inspirational leadership and management to the team
  • Developing and implementing property strategies that align with the company's goals
  • Ensuring the effective management and resourcing of work
  • Providing proactive and responsive strategic advice to clients
  • Meet business growth targets and responsible for identifying new business opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Chartered Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in an Estates related discipline
  • Significant relevant experience with at least 10 years post qualification
  • Previous experience in managing a Team and/or management responsibilities
  • Full UK Driving Licence
