Sales Executive (Car Dealership) - OTE - £45,000 - Basic Salary: £20,500 - Uncapped Bonus - Training and Development Opportunities

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive on a full-time basis based in Lincoln.

The role will be in the perfect location for candidates living in Newark, Lincoln, Collingham, Skellingthorpe and the surrounding areas.


Our client is a well-known and reputable car dealership with several depots across the country. Currently they are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Salesperson to join their busy depot.

It is essential that the successful candidate has sales experience, ideally you will have car dealership experience.

Your duties will include:

  • Demonstrate model features and technology to customers.
  • Maintain contact with the customer through each step of the vehicle purchase from initial enquiry, to follow up.
  • Provide timely response and follow up on enquiries in person, by phone, and email.
  • Undertake all possible effort to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Assist with the implementation of dealership events.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and technologies.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to increase dealership awareness and interest in the brand.
  • Act as a key contact for customer enquiries and managing the sales process from point of enquiry to point of sale.
  • Meet company sales and finance objectives and targets.
  • Maintaining database records with contact updates and paperwork requirements to meet
  • Compliance and FCA regulations.
  • Carry out full detailed market appraisals on all prospective trade and retail vehicles.
  • Engage in Group Academy Training opportunities
Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience of working within a Sales environment
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Negotiation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated a good time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • A UK driving license

Working Hours; Monday - Friday 8:45 AM -18:00 PM & 8:45 AM -17:00 PM Saturdays with a day off during the week and Sundays off.

Salary; OTE; £45,000 (Basic salary £20,500 + Uncapped Bonus)
