About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tenant Sales and Retention Executive to join our team at HomeLet. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to customers through outbound and inbound calls, while also retaining existing business and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to their problems.
  • Sales and Retention: Meet or exceed sales targets by selling insurance policies to new customers and retaining existing business through proactive communication and relationship-building.
  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to leads provided by agents and other areas of the business to sell insurance policies and retain business.
  • Quality and Performance: Achieve or exceed target on all quality assessments and take ownership of your workload and performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with all departments to deliver exceptional service and provide feedback to the Customer Development Team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Input accurate data into logs, trackers, and databases to record information and provide adequate MI and audit trails.
