About the Role: DB Charles Recruitment is collaborating with a reputable client to find a dedicated Project Analyst / Account Manager. This is a permanent opportunity aimed at enhancing project management capabilities.

Position Overview: The successful candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the execution of customer projects, ensuring that all aspects are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing project plans for various contracts
  • Conducting data analysis to support project goals
  • Troubleshooting technical and implementation challenges
  • Delivering regular updates to clients regarding project timelines, costs, and issues
  • Creating comprehensive reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Facilitating presentations and training sessions for stakeholders
  • Providing support during project launches
  • Coordinating and executing training programs
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal teams
  • Performing additional duties as required for each contract and client.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, with backgrounds in:

  • Project Management, Sales, Human Resources & Training, IT & Technical Support, or Implementation
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels
  • Strong presentation and training abilities for both individuals and groups
  • A solid understanding of IT systems, with a technical background being advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, or other database management tools
  • Familiarity with Project Planning Software is a plus
  • Possession of Prince 2 or similar project management certifications is beneficial
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A valid UK driving license or a commitment to obtain one within a year
  • Willingness to work a minimum of two days per week in the office.

Compensation: The client is offering a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £26,000 to £28,000, along with additional benefits such as private healthcare insurance and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Work Schedule: The role operates Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM. The company is committed to a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of two days in the office each week.
