The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Advisor to join our team in a dynamic and expanding role. As a Sales Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients, providing a range of services in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- High standard of English language proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
- GCSE level education or equivalent.
- A competitive salary, meeting National Minimum Wage, with uncapped commission scheme and OTE £28,500.
