Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Marstep Resourcing Solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving our ambitious growth plans forward by building new relationships and business with customers across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Converting incoming enquiries to sales
- Identifying and converting upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Building your prospect list
- Devising appropriate lead generation and sales development strategies, including a multi-channel approach
- Identifying opportunities
- Nurturing relationships with existing clients
- Building relationships with potential clients
- Converting potential clients to long-term customers
- Manage and record sales development activities as they build their internal process
Requirements:
- To be a confident communicator (including outbound calling)
- Comfortable with the standard IT packages and CRM systems
- Comfortable in a sales development capacity with accountability
- The ability to build relationships and grab attention
- To be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- A high level of organisation and attention to detail
- Availability to work with flexibility
- Proven track record in a previous sales role
What's in it for you?
- £30k Salary + Excellent Incentive Scheme (Up to 1.5% for Inbound activity with OTE Circa up to £15k. Up to 3% for Outbound Activity with OTE Circa up to £15k. Therefore Total earnings can be IRO of up to £60k)
