  • Manage and record sales development activities as they build their internal process

Requirements:

  • To be a confident communicator (including outbound calling)
  • Comfortable with the standard IT packages and CRM systems
  • Comfortable in a sales development capacity with accountability
  • The ability to build relationships and grab attention
  • To be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Availability to work with flexibility
  • Proven track record in a previous sales role

What's in it for you?

  • £30k Salary + Excellent Incentive Scheme (Up to 1.5% for Inbound activity with OTE Circa up to £15k. Up to 3% for Outbound Activity with OTE Circa up to £15k. Therefore Total earnings can be IRO of up to £60k)
