Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand presence in grocery stores across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in grocery stores to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
  • Use sales data to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Work autonomously to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use sales data to inform sales strategies.
  • Passion for sales and a true advocate for our client's brand portfolio.
  • Full clean UK driving licence.
