About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at ASR International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of independent retailers and showrooms in the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular meetings with key clients to discuss sales strategies and product displays.
  • Manage the roll-out of new product displays to ensure optimal brand presence in showrooms.
  • Negotiate stock and pricing with key showroom partners to drive sales growth.
  • Deliver in-branch training programs for showroom staff and affiliated installers on bathroom products and their applications.
  • Support exhibitions and end-user related activities to promote brand awareness.
  • Drive high customer engagement through a consultative and tailored sales approach.
  • Manage a portfolio of around 100 active clients, generating approximately £800,000 annually.
  • Balance key account management with new business development to maintain and grow the region.

Requirements
  • A proven track record in retail sales within the bathroom industry.
  • Strong experience in managing and developing relationships with independent retailers and showrooms.
  • The ability to roll out and manage product displays effectively while driving customer engagement through training and support.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
