About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at OPPO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand advocacy in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners and industry professionals.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to retail staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and sell OPPO products.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year sales or field marketing experience in the technology or mobile industry.
  • Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
