Job Title: Area Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Area Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with M&E contractors, installers, merchants, and distributors to drive sales and growth.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our products.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the plumbing or heating industry, with a strong understanding of M&E contractors and their needs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and team members.
  • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting solutions that have a positive impact on the environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
