Key Responsibilities

The Beauty Sales Specialist will be tasked with achieving sales goals across the Coty product range within a designated retail environment by ensuring superior customer service, executing in-store excellence, and fostering retailer relationships.

Your focus will include:

  • Surpassing monthly sales objectives with strong numerical and verbal skills.
  • Providing an outstanding level of customer service.
  • Collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a genuine consultative approach.

  • Ensuring that store standards are upheld and that all displays and fixtures are well-maintained.

Our Retail teams are a vibrant mix of individuals, drawing inspiration from the rich diversity of backgrounds and experiences. The team typically consists of 3-10 Beauty Advisors, depending on the store, and you will collaborate closely with various departments such as Visual Merchandising, Product Management, and Sales. Your colleagues are passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds, each contributing unique insights to the business. Working within this team, you will be surrounded by exceptional expertise and a profound commitment to customer service.

The strength of our team lies in each individual Beauty Advisor, and the strength of each Beauty Advisor is amplified by the team.
