About the Role

  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a personalized experience for each customer.
  • You will be expected to work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and expertise.
  • You will be a brand ambassador for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, promoting the company's values and mission to customers and colleagues alike.
  • You will be required to work on a shift basis, including early shifts and late shifts, to meet the needs of the business.
  • You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company grooming standards at all times.

About You

  • You will have a passion for beauty and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • You will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • You will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • You will be required to undergo a Criminal Reference Check as part of the recruitment process.
