Job Summary

Red Sky Personnel is seeking an experienced Retail Business Manager to lead the growth of our client's luxury beauty business at Stansted Airport.

About the Role

As a Retail Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, analysing market trends, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis: Track and analyse key performance indicators, including sales, activations, and competitor activity.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and optimise operations.
  • Team Management: Lead and coach a team of Team Leaders and Business Associates to deliver exceptional results.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organisation and with the airport.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on travel retail and/or luxury retail.
  • A strong Leadership or Management background within beauty (Fragrance, Make-up or Skincare)
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
