Business Manager - Retail

Red Sky Personnel is seeking an experienced Retail Business Manager for an exciting opportunity with our client in the Travel Retail division.

About the Role

As a leading global cosmetics giant, our client's Travel Retail division is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed business analysis to track and report on performance metrics, including sales growth and market trends.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and optimize operations, including supply chain management and inventory control.
  • Manage and coach a team of Team Leaders and Business Associates to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on travel retail and/or luxury retail.
  • Strong Leadership or Management background within beauty (Fragrance, Make-up or Skincare).
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities, including talent development and succession planning.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
