About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Business Manager to join our client's team at Stansted Airport. As a leading global cosmetics giant, our client's Travel Retail division is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to drive growth and optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth business analysis to track and report on performance metrics, including sales, activations, and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and optimize operations.
  • Lead and coach a team of Team Leaders and Business Associates to deliver exceptional results.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organization and with the airport.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the beauty industry, preferably with a focus on travel retail and/or luxury retail.
  • A strong Leadership or Management background within beauty (Fragrance, Make-up or Skincare)
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
