About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Coty. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets across our luxury fragrance portfolio in a specific store. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, executing in-store excellence, and building retailer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through strong numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store standards.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to genuinely consult with customers.
  • Have strong ownership and accountability, with a passion for beauty and exceptional grooming standards.
  • Ensure store standards are met and maintenance of all counters and fixtures are managed.

Requirements

  • Master the English language on a near-native level.
  • Be computer knowledgeable and able to read and understand data.
  • Follow marketing guidelines and instructions.
