Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Travel Retail YSL Beauty Advisor at Stansted Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our airport retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and luxury consultations to customers, offering a wide range of skincare, make-up, and fragrances.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, airport floor managers, and head office teams.
  • Drive sales growth through effective product knowledge, application techniques, and multi-brand selling methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product launches and trends.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Desire to learn and develop fundamental product knowledge and application techniques.
  • Ability to use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.
