About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Managing Director to lead the growth and development of our regional operations. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regional growth strategies to drive business expansion
  • Lead a team of senior managers to deliver business objectives and targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive revenue growth
  • Manage the regional P&L and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leadership and business growth in a specialist civil engineering or construction business
  • Strong strategic and business development skills, with the ability to develop and implement growth plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a senior leadership team
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
