Commercial Communications Director

As a Commercial Communications Director at eTeam, you will play a key role in driving awareness of client brand and building a differentiated corporate reputation among key target stakeholders across the EST-C region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evolving corporate digital channel strategy to secure internal stakeholder support and deliver against communications team goals.
- Co-leading affiliate communicator engagement and tailoring support for maximum take-up and implementation of regional communications.
- Building relationships within the region and enterprise to provide communications counsel to all parts of the organization, including the management team.
- Maintaining a steady drumbeat of regional social content and newsflow to positively position the client as a preferred partner and engage target external stakeholders.
- Ensuring internal-external brand congruence via integrated communications across internal and digital channels.
- Building relationships with EST-C communicator network to understand their capacity/capability needs, ensure alignment, and maximize impact of communications across the region.
- Day-to-day performance management of agency partner, ensuring communications program deliverables are timely and within budget.
- Ensuring corporate branding/materials are fit for purpose for affiliate delivery of corporate communications activity, materials, digital channel content.
- Key member of communications leadership team supporting EST comms lead, nurturing team development, culture, and innovation.
- Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team, ensuring media monitoring platform functionality/reporting is maximized, audience engagement, media presence, and digital performance is tracked and measured and reported via team dashboard.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of pharma sector communications experience with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to devise, plan, and execute strategic communications.
- Strong proven track record of delivering digital strategy/communications activity, metrics, and evaluation.
- Ability to devise strategic external/corporate communications to support business goals.
- Fluent in written and verbal business English.
- Graduate or equivalent professional qualification and/or proven expertise.
