About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Coordinator. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all who enter our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the management of stock levels and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, including greeting and directing them to the relevant personnel.
  • Manage the company vehicle booking system and ensure that vehicles are signed in and out correctly.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all building issues and maintenance requests.
  • Issue and manage security passes for team members.
  • Ensure that the reception and meeting rooms are maintained to a high standard and are ready for use.
  • Assist with cover for post duties as and when required.
  • Travel between offices as required to provide cover or services.
  • Hold keys for the office and ensure that the building is secure at all times.
Requirements
  • Friendly, polite, and well-presented at all times.
  • Reliable and flexible in your approach to work.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to deal with difficult clients in an effective and professional manner.
  • Previous experience as a Front of House or concierge administrator is desirable.
  • Computer literate and able to use a range of software applications.
  • Previous experience in building management, facilities, or maintenance from either a practical or administrative perspective is also desirable.
  • A clean driving license and valid over 12 months is highly desirable.
