As an Internal Sales Executive at Marshalls PLC, you will drive sales and advocate for our products and services among both new and existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering and enhancing relationships with current account customers.
  • Actively seeking, acquiring, and retaining new and existing channel partners.
  • Identifying new opportunities for channel sales and leads, successfully converting them into measurable outcomes.
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of market supply chains and pricing, utilizing this information to refine our pricing strategies and follow-up processes.
  • Engaging in meaningful, strategic conversations aimed at boosting sales.
  • Generating valuable leads through strong relationships, supporting our external sales team with actionable insights.
  • Managing customer complaints effectively, collaborating with both Sales and Customer Service teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Exhibiting exceptional organizational and time management skills to efficiently plan and execute tasks.

This role also presents opportunities for growth into Specification roles over time, including sample follow-ups and targeted business development activities.
