Customer Collaboration Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Collaboration Lead to join our team at Molson Coors. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Experience: Work closely with logistics and commercial teams to deliver exceptional customer service and experience metrics for identified accounts.
- Forecasting and Planning: Own the customer forecast, collaborating directly with customers and executing within the Integrated Business Execution Zone. Incorporate insights and trend data into forecast and learn from deviations to improve accuracy.
- Relationship Management: Accountable for effective relationship management at appropriate levels internally and externally to Molson Coors.
- Communication and Collaboration: Regularly communicate customer service and relationship status to wider logistics and commercial teams through DDS meetings and customer meetings.
- Operational Cost Improvement: Act as a link between commercial teams, customers, and operations to drive cost savings and efficiency.
We are looking for a logistics professional with a proven track record of strong collaboration with customers. You should have excellent communication skills, both internally and externally, and be able to work effectively at multiple levels within an organization.
