About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Collaboration Lead to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading engagement with our customers through delivering exceptional customer collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with logistics and commercial teams to deliver customer service and experience metrics for identified accounts.
  • Own the customer forecast, collaborating directly with customers and executing within the Integrated Business Execution Zone.
  • Accountable for effective relationship management at appropriate levels internally and externally to Molson Coors.
  • Regularly communicate customer service and relationship status to wider logistics and commercial teams through DDS meetings and customer meetings.
  • Operational Cost Improvement - act as a link between commercial teams, customers, and operations.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in logistics and customer-facing environments. You will have a proven record of strong collaboration with customers and excellent communication skills.
