IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary:
Artis Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join our client's professional services organisation in Central Bristol. This role offers a unique blend of hybrid working, with 1-2 days a week in the office, and flexibility to work from home.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line technical support to 2500+ users across multiple sites in the UK.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure excellent customer service.
- Log all incidents in the IT Service Management tool, capturing detailed information and updating throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Utilise the ITIL best practice framework to deliver efficient and effective support.
- Escalate incidents to the relevant team to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a busy IT Service Desk environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, telephone manner, and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team.
- Previous experience supporting a Microsoft-focused stack, including Windows Server Operating Systems, Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
