  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote technical support and occasional on-site visits to resolve technical issues
  • Assist clients via phone, email, and/or ticket management system
  • Update internal knowledge base with issue resolution details
  • Mentor and assist junior team members

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience supporting Microsoft server operating systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, backup and replication, and Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Experience working in a busy managed service provider (MSP) environment
  • Experience configuring and supporting network devices such as firewalls and switches

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with cloud backup software, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services, cloud computing and virtualization technology, cloud security, firewalls, SANs, server hardware, and switches
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android devices
