At Edgewell Personal Care, a global leader in consumer products with a portfolio of iconic brands like Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, and Banana Boat, we're seeking a passionate and driven Data & Analytics Manager - Europe to join our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics Europe, you will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from complex data to empower informed business decisions across our European operations.

Your Impact
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable data-driven strategies.
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models and tools to support sales, marketing, and commercial decision-making.
  • Champion a culture of data-driven insights across the European organization, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global data analytics best practices within Edgewell Personal Care.
Your Expertise

We're looking for a talented individual with a proven track record in data analytics within the consumer goods industry. You possess:

  • Significant experience in applying data analytics to sales and marketing functions, ideally with a focus on European markets.
  • A strong understanding of different data science methodologies and analytical techniques (e.g., regression modeling, machine learning).
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and data visualization software.
  • Experience working with syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen, Circana), panel data, and e-commerce data providers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Fluent English is essential, and additional European language proficiency is highly advantageous.
