Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at IPC Europe. As a key member of our Food and Packaging Team, you will be responsible for driving actionable insights through analytical solutions, leveraging data to inform strategic, tactical, and operational business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, operate, and maintain analytical and reporting pipelines across the food and packaging supply chain.
  • Manage the annual reporting calendar for the team, ensuring key deadlines are met in conjunction with the company's business planning.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
  • Support strategic, tactical, and operational business decisions across the Food and Packaging supply chain.
  • Deliver actionable insights through analytical solutions leveraged by IPC Europe's procurement and non-procurement teams.
  • Analyze and report on key risks and issues, including cost reduction, cost avoidance, and supplier security.
  • Track and report on the progress of Food and Pack supply chain initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance skills and ways of working, focusing on feedback and management of work.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with analytics tools and platforms, as well as reporting technologies.
  • Expert Excel skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
