Product Development Manager

Chervon Europe Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team in the Outdoor Power Equipment division. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for aligning our product portfolio with the company's strategic objectives and defining the product strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Director of Product Development to define and implement product strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that all products meet the company's quality and performance standards.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing actionable insights to inform product development decisions.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs and preferences, identifying opportunities to improve product offerings and customer experiences.
- Technical Expertise: Possess a strong technical background and be able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure that product development aligns with business objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical background, with experience in product development, product management, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
