Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Food and Packaging team at IPC Europe. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the productivity of our cost out and value delivery programs across all categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Manage and analyze data to inform sourcing decisions and optimize supply chain performance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sourcing initiatives and progress.
- Work closely with the Category Strategic Sourcing Managers to develop and implement category plans and productivity projects.
- Ensure that all projects within the category are suitably governed and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage the Top to Top Supplier program to drive supplier excellence and collaboration.
- Arrange strategic, core, and transactional supplier events to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Risk Excellence:
- Work with the Enterprise Risk team to identify and mitigate cross-functional risks and develop processes to address them.
- Maintain the Risk register to ensure alignment with Category Managers' strategies and address identified risks.
