We are seeking a talented and driven Data & Analytics Manager to join our European team. Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics Europe, you will play a crucial role in extracting valuable insights from complex data to inform strategic decision-making across various business functions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with business owners to understand their objectives and identify key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models and tools to support sales, marketing, and commercial initiatives.
  • Leverage your expertise in data science methodologies to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights from diverse data sources.
  • Present your findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels, influencing decision-making processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data analytics and explore innovative solutions to enhance our capabilities.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in a Data & Analytics role within a consumer goods or retail organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics techniques and tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, and No-code ETL tools.
  • Experience working with large datasets and familiarity with data visualization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
