Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to resolve queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and warehouse, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns.
  • Process returns and exchanges, updating relevant systems and databases as necessary.
  • Update customer records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work closely with the customer service and marketing teams to maintain and enhance our showroom.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP is desirable.
  • Valid driver's license.
