Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Lead to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our Estates Department's Development Team, you will be responsible for providing technical support on projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Line management of the Architectural Technician team to assist the Principal Development Manager on major works development projects.
  • Design and Technical Support: Produce high-quality concept and technical drawings in Autocad and Revit for planning, tendering, and construction on various project types.

Requirements:

  • Education: Educated to HND or higher in a building-related qualification.
  • Experience: Strong track record as a UK-based Architectural Technician.
  • Technical Skills: Highly competent Autocad operator with an excellent working knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant building legislation.
  • Desirable Skills: Working knowledge of Revit and ability to produce high-quality technical construction drawings.
  • Planning and Compliance: Knowledge of planning and ability to manage planning applications.
