About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in London. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of final fits, including E&M, fire, and audio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for both the business and clients
  • Engage in project reviews and coordination workshops
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents using industry-standard software
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development
  • Ensure compliance with building standards, regulations, and codes throughout the design process
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in project execution
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members as needed
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outcomes
  • Contribute to and assist in the development of the company's technical expertise
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Job Running Architect / Architectural Technologist in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision
  • Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering projects to completion
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
  • Professional certification or licensure (e.g. ARB, Certified Architectural Technologist)
