Job Title: Revit Architectural Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Architectural Technician to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a key member of our Estates Department's Development Team, you will provide technical support on projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on projects from inception to completion, including provision of design concepts, technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Line management of the Architectural Technician team to assist the Principal Development Manager on major works development projects.
  • Produce high-quality concept and technical drawings in Autocad and Revit suitable for planning, tendering, and construction on various project types.
  • Manage planning applications and ensure compliance with building regulations and other relevant legislation.

Requirements:

  • Education to HND or higher in a building-related qualification.
  • Highly competent Autocad operator with an excellent working knowledge of Building Regulations and other relevant building legislation.
  • Working knowledge of Revit advantageous.
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical construction drawings.
